Well known for his ability to help companies bridge the gap between business and IT, more recently he has focused helping business understand how to maximise the value of process programs, from both a people and systems perspective.
Mark has authored four books In Search of BPM Excellence, Thrive! How to Succeed in The Age of The Customer, Winning With Enterprise Process Management and Extreme Competition.
